Lasker and Poggiani were the first to arrive, and spent 15 or 20 minutes in informal discussion of the Publicity campaign.
Then Dorsett came to the meeting, and promised to send in a Treasurer's Report, reflecting the interest paid during the preceding month and the acquisition of the insurance policy.
Mayerle joined us, and the four Board members present continued informal discussion for another half-hour.
The topic of discussion was primarily the lack of attendance at ReadAssist meetings, the lack of ReadAssist projects, and the lack of recruits to handle projects for ReadAssist. Dorsett will write a draft to be considered as a post to various message board Conferences.
This non-quorum non-meeting was adjourned at 3:00 EDT.

Please note these dates on your calendars and make arrangements to attend.
In the absence of Janet Dailey, these minutes are submitted by Pam Poggiani.

Very little happening, other than standard upkeep. Improved the look of the logo, though.
Links to ReadAssist.org - we've lost six, three of them rather important (Analog, dmoz, Bay Area SF Association). I'll investigate next week. But, we've gained four: UK Sprite, Winnipeg Alive, Garden Grow (all link sites), and Google!
